Clay Ramseyer

Clay graduated from Northwest Missouri State University with both his Bachelor’s in Financial Services (2021) and MBA (2022). While pursuing his MBA, he held an intern position with ExchangeRight Real Estate as an Analyst. While there, he learned about the 1031 syndicated market and how to analyze properties for red flags as well as potential up-sides.

In January 2023, Clay joined Rise Capital Partners as an Analyst and was quickly promoted to Senior Analyst. He is involved in analyzing potential deals, drafting pro-formas, asset managing 810 units (348 of which are under construction), and processing quarterly distributions for investors.

Clay resides in Iowa City, IA with his wife, Emily. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, singing in a choir, and traveling.
